• You agree to comply with the Rules of ISR and my coaching terms which are displayed prominently in the emails and relate to times available and your conduct. I may make reasonable changes to these Rules at any time and give you advance notice of any change(s) to the best of my abilities.

• ISR lessons provided by your ISR Coach do not offer refunds or roll overs into the next month for service. No refunds or Roll Overs are given due to your child’s illness, COVID, immediate termination or withdrawal from ISR lessons for whatever reason, vacations, unexpected pools’ closures, unexpected pool facility’s closure, unexpected facility's pool eviction notice, and bad weather.

• In case of missed lessons, make ups lessons are offered. Make up lessons depend upon the instructor’s availability and spots’ availability. All make up lessons occur outside of your child’s rented time/swim spots. It is the care takers responsibility to track the number of make ups needed and to contact the ISR instructor for make up availability etc. All make ups must be completed by the year’s end. Roll overs or credits are NOT given if all make ups can not be completed by year’s end.

• A monthly swim invoice will be emailed to the paying party by the first of each month. I accept most major credit cards, cash, or check made payable to Boise ISR.

• I may assign the benefit of this agreement and my rights thereunder to a third party on notice to you. Your rights under this agreement will not be prejudiced. I am not liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of my obligations under these terms that is caused by any event that is outside of my reasonable control.

• As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to any services that are not carried out with reasonable skill and care, or if the materials I use are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these terms will affect these legal rights.

• I may terminate this agreement with immediate effect on notifying you if you are in breach of ISR Swim Lessons Rules and my coaching policy.

• By paying for the ISR registration fee and paying for lessons, you agree to these terms listed.
